Below are fixes needed. This is no guarantee solution, as you may have some even newer or modified version of theme.

In case solution doesn't work for you „Professional extension installation“ services will be required, so our developer would fix it all for you.

Starting from Ultimo 1.14 the following changes are needed:

1. Download this fixes containing ZIP package.

2. Copy /app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/mana to /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/mana.

3. Copy /app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/manapro to /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/manapro.

4. Rename /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/page/html/footer_theme_scripts.phtml to /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/page/html/footer_theme_scripts.phtml_.

5. Upload /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/page/html/footer_theme_scripts.phtml from attached archive file.

6. Rename /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/js/app.js to /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/js/app.js_.

7. Upload /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/js/app.js from attached archive file.

8. If exists, rename /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/js/jquery.expander.min.js to /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/js/jquery.expander.min.js_

9. Upload /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/js/jquery.expander.min.js from attached archive file.

10. Upload /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/css/* from attached archive file.

11. Upload /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/images/* from attached archive file.

12. Disable our jQuery for Store Frontend in Manadev->Global Configuration->General-> JavaScript Libraries for Store Frontend

Ultimo theme version 1.12 and newer

Starting from version 1.12 Ultimo theme was merged with Magento RWD and now just to modify one file is not enough, it requires a bunch of fixes.

Below are fixes needed. This is no guarantee solution, as you may have some even newer or modified version of theme.

Starting from Ultimo 1.12 the following changes are needed:

1. Download this fixes containing ZIP package.

2. Copy /app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/mana to /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/mana.

3. Copy /app/design/frontend/rwd/default/template/manapro to /app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/manapro.

10. Upload /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/css/* from attached archive file.

11. Upload /skin/frontend/ultimo/default/images/* from attached archive file.

Ultimo theme version 1.11 and older

JavaScript in theme loaded on page refresh should be reinitialized on AJAX refresh too like this:

jQuery(document).bind('m-ajax-after', function (e, selectors, url, action) {
        // reinitialize your script 
});

Here you can download already modified app/design/frontend/ultimo/default/template/page/html/footer_theme_scripts.phtml file which contains fixes needed.
